On Wednesday, March 25, 2009, the global war on terror was given a “New Name” by the Obama administration. Apparently, members of the Pentagon staff received a memo that we will now be calling the “global war on terror” an “Overseas Contingency Operation.” This memo comes from the Defense Department’s office of security.
