On Tuesday, April 07, 2009, Vermont became the fourth state to legalize gay marriage. For the first time ever, this happened with a vote from the legislature. Homosexual D.C. Council member David Catania said, “Let’s be clear, this is a new era.”
Now, rather than letting the individual states make their own decisions on gay marriage, the D.C. City Council is sending the gay marriage debate to Congress. Next month, after the legislation is granted their final approval, the bill will be reviewed by Congress. This will give Congress the ability to tear apart the Defense of Marriage Act.
Apparently nobody remembers what happened to the Romans. Let’s throw Christianity out the window. What’s next, they take our guns away and throw Conservatives into concentration camps? Stick little computer chips in us and track us?
Barney Frank should remove the American flags from his vehicle and hang some of these babies up.

LOL – Barney Frank is such a faggot. He talks like a Gay Donald Duck – Suckerin Suckatash.

calm down, dude. what’s your beef? no one is after you. don’t flatter yourself. you are just not all that. get your uninformed self out of my bedroom and my life. i don’t give a damn what you do with your personal life. you have no business in mine.

joe- if you are going to quote daffy duck, go ahead- but do it right. if you are going to quote donald duck, he never says: “thufferin thuckatash” – daffy duck does.
you are so juvenile with your “faggot” term- (most educated individuals have the understanding what hate is embodied with this term.) as juvenile as you are, you cannot even get your cartoon characters correct.
what are you…? 12?

This country was founded on Judeo-Christian beliefs. Ann Coulter actually used the term “faggot,” is she 12 too?
[Reply]
yes, indeed she did- and she was rightfully chastised for this. she called it nothing more than a schoolyard taunt- when, in point of fact, it is much, much MORE- crimes of violence and hate used against the gay community are fed with you type of ignorance, JOE.
additionally, the USA was NOT “founded” on Judeo-Christian beliefs- as it happens, a vast majority of early settlers were “Christian” in some form- however, the framers of the US Constitution took great pains to make it clear that we do not support, encourage, place one religion over another in this country.
read your history- you will find actual facts and quotations. you will find absolutely nothing in your bible regarding the formation of the United States or the Constitution.

To use Ann Coulter as a source for ANYTHING (with the possible exception of an example of what NOT to be) shows an extreme ignorance on your part. even the GOP has tried to distance themselves from her inflammatory and hate-filled rhetoric. her book sales have gone into the toilet… where her vocabulary lives.

When will you realize that, for most of American history, the right has been the minority on social issues such as this. Prior to, during, and for years after the civil rights movement, social conservatives were on the wrong side of interracial relationships. Social havoc, corruption of minors, and a whole slew of things that never happened as a result of their fearmongering. This is no different. Gay people are not a threat to you, or anyone. Please focus on other issues that are a threat to America–taxes, terrorism, and the loss of individual liberties. Gay marriage is an issue that is moving forward, and, as the old guard dies off, the new generations who see nothing wrong with two women or two men as a couple will become the majority. It should be very clear that there has been a generational shift that has already occurred, and, simply put, failure to address the issues that are important to the new generations will keep the Republicans out of power for a long time.

Have you ever heard of Sodom and Gomorrah Ed? Unfortunately homosexuality does hurt the American people. Especially when you got these damn gay pride parades. Your little son or daughter has to look at it and wonder why all these freaks are out in the streets being flamboyant. You don’t see straight pride parades. This is a problem stemming from the absence of fathers in the home. Nobody is born this way. God did not make anyone gay. It’s a disgrace.
[Reply]
I was born gay, Mike. You are one of many assholes that believe we have “chosen” to be stomped upon by inbreeds like you. “Straight pride” gatherings occur frequently- just take a look at any one of the Sarah Palin political rallys. Or how about the recent CPAC? Damn, what filth and calls for violence came from these people! Hate flowed like a flash flood in the desert.
That’s just a sampling of the knuckle-draggers like you…up close and personal. You identify with this feeble mentality. How does one take seriously your “thoughts and opinions” on ANYTHING when you are so very wrong on basic facts.
Your dangerous misrepresentations of facts, situations, ideas, and people are alarming, Mike.

Are you one of these people that considers themselves to be a Christian Jane?

Your attempt to lump all gays with the sensationalistic footage the news media elect to display when covering a gay pride parade is an excellent example of your “critical” thinking, Mike. If you have ever been to a gay pride parade, (first, if you have, WHY? if this offends you so? and secondly, if you have not, you have no basis upon which to speak.) but…if you had actually attended a gay pride parade, you will know that the “flamboyant” people depicted on the news footage are just a tiny tiny sampling of all that is represented in these parades. One of the largest contingents in these parades is PFLAG – Parents, Families and Friends of Lesbians and Gays. Proud parents, proud friends and family, expressing their pride in their family members- gay grandmothers, gay uncles, gay teens, gay bookkeepers, gay ministers, gay teachers, and more… all walking with supporters… this, Mike- is one of the most touching parts of this parade. This, Mike- is a window you need to open instead of trying to see through your brick wall of stupidity.

Whether or not I am a christian has nothing to do with your desire to legislate away civil rights.
Perhaps we need to put together a bill that would make your heterosexual relationship with less rights so as to make them equal to homosexual couples… that seems fair, does it not? After all, pinheads like yourself constantly claim that we have the same rights as you do… put up or shut up, Mike.

Actually, this country was founded on Judeo-Christian principles by Christians. If you don’t like it, move to England. You can practically have gay sinful sex in the streets over there. You would love it. When you’re done on the street, hop on one of those double decker buses and do it there. Take some pictures of it and post it online so we can confuse our children some more. This is a Christian nation, if you don’t like it, tough. You dodged my question though, something you liberals are extremely good at. DO YOU CONSIDER YOURSELF A CHRISTIAN?
[Reply]
I am not a christian. I live in this nation.
Your attitude, Mike, is not only un-American- it’s filled with inaccurate representations and illogical conclusions.
Just why is it, Mike, that homophobes, like yourself, can only think of gays in terms of sexual activity?
Is this because this is YOUR only activity ?
Is this all you do- a little pocket pool, while you pretend to jingle your coins? Do you masturbate at the drop of a hat? Is your brain located below the waist? Do you not function at any other activity? I mean, really!
I have said that I am gay. This means that I am not heterosexual. I am with the same woman (without being unfaithful AT ALL) that I have been with for nearly 40 years. How many straight couples can even come close to this? We own two homes, (one is income property) a vacation cabin,
a substantial income that would dwarf that of many. We pay our taxes, tend to our garden, take vacations, walk the dog, shop for groceries and scoop dog poo. We read books, eat ice cream, have barbecues, and attend the symphony and enjoy opera as well as country, rock, and new age music. We have two grown adult children that are both married (to opposite sex partners) and have three grandchildren. Our children are a success in their own right- educated in the public school system and advanced their learning in higher education by obtaining college degrees- one in finance/business administration, the other in physics.
There are many interests in our lives, Mike. While my personal intimate behavior is a tiny, tiny aspect to my greater activities- you, Mike, seem to feel that all I do is think about, read about, participate in is SEXUAL BEHAVIOR. What we need to do here, Mike, is to place under a microscope your intense preoccupation with this activity – are you also a peeping tom? I wonder.
[Reply]
since he has no reply… i guess that would be a yes from mike.
he is utterly and oddly preoccupied with the sexual habits of others.
